Nacho Cheeze Dip

Tasty macadamia nuts are high in fiber and full of good fat, while turmeric is a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. They complement each other perfectly in this delicious festive dip.

What you need:

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 cup filtered water

What you do:

  1. In a food processor, pulverize macadamia nuts until finely ground. Add lemon juice, shoyu, and turmeric, slowly pulsing to combine.
  2. Add water, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle cheeze sauce over fresh vegetables or use as a spread.
