Vanilla Glaze

Dress up your dessert breads with a light dusting of powdered sugar or glaze. Here’s one of my favorites:

What you need:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soymilk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla

What you do:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together until smooth. Add additional soymilk (one teaspoon at a time) if necessary until desired consistency is achieved. Drizzle over bread.
