Vanilla Glaze
Dress up your dessert breads with a light dusting of powdered sugar or glaze. Here’s one of my favorites:

What you need:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon soymilk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
What you do:
- In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together until smooth. Add additional soymilk (one teaspoon at a time) if necessary until desired consistency is achieved. Drizzle over bread.
