Cohen educates readers in an encompassing article on the fight against dog chains, foie gras, factory farms, and more. Additionally, Cohen names the leaders of the movement, including Peter Singer and Bob Barker. Cohen comments that popular support is what is driving the animal-rights movement today. He also touches on the recent animal-rights laws negotiated in Ohio, and says that if animal rights can succeed in Ohio, they can succeed anywhere.
