Otarian Opens in London

Otarian, a restaurant chain with two locations in New York City, is planning to open three new UK locations. Two restaurants will open August 20 at Wardour Street and Shaftesbury Avenue, with another to follow later this year. The company is driven by sustainable principles and all food items are designed to produce the lowest carbon footprint possible. The completely vegetarian menu includes veggie burgers, wraps, salads, soups, desserts, and more. Otarian is committed to using the earth’s resources efficiently and will focus on eco-sourcing, carbon reduction, composting, recycling, water conservation, and energy efficiency, among other conservation efforts.
