These icy-licious strawberry snow angel cocktails glisten, transforming your party into a delightful winter wonderland.
Makes 12 servings
What you need:
2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
9 cups water, plus more if needed
2 packages unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid
1 6-ounce can frozen concentrated orange juice
1 6-ounce can frozen concentrated lemonade
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups sugar
2 cups vodka
1/2 cup strawberry liqueur
1/2 cup rum
1 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda
Fresh strawberry or lemon slices, and/or vegan chocolate syrup, for garnish
What you do:
- In a blender, purée strawberries, adding 1 cup of water if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency.
- In an ice-cream maker, mix strawberries with water, Kool-Aid, orange juice, lemonade, lemon juice, sugar, vodka, liqueur, and rum, and freeze at least until slushy.
- When ready to serve, fill 12 glasses with strawberry mixture until 3/4 full, then fill rest of glass with soda. Garnish each glass with a strawberry or lemon slice or a ring of chocolate syrup
