Researchers have yet to find antioxidant supplements to aid in decreasing heart attack risk, but the consumption of antioxidant-rich foods has proven to be quite effective. Some vegan foods rich in antioxidants include berries, beans, artichokes, spinach, broccoli, and sweet potato, not to mention coffee, green tea, and other herbs.
