In Delicious TV’s new spin-off series, Vegan Mashup, vegan cookbook authors Terry Hope Romero, Toni Fiore, and Miyoko Schinner bring meat- and dairy-free cuisine to living rooms nationwide. Airing on KQUED’s Life channel, the show educates viewers on how to prepare gourmet plant-based dishes and shares the hosts’ favorite recipes and tips. The first episode, which aired yesterday, featured party foods covering the how-to’s on making Cherry Sangria, Gruyere and Pear Croustade, Tempeh Bites, Beet Tapenade, and more. Vegan Mashup is also available on nationwide PBS channels by viewer request.
