Attendees will also be treated to cooking demos and samples from vendors such as Daiya, Coconut Bliss, Yves Veggie Cuisine, Chicago Soydairy, and more. The festival will take place at Manhattan’s Metropolitan Pavilion, and is sponsored by a host of animal-welfare organizations and food companies including Whole Foods Market, Mercy For Animals, Rescue Chocolate, One Green Planet, Yelp, and Yummy Plants.
