This November, for its annual month-long celebration of vegetarian Thanksgiving dishes, the New York Times Well blog is asking readers for submissions. From appetizers to desserts, the Times is looking for the season’s best recipes to showcase, and are especially interested in those with a special story attached. Each year, the Times features plant-based recipes to show that “you don’t need turkey on the table to have a fun, filling, flavorful holiday celebration.” Recipes can be submitted here.
