The first event of its kind, Santa Monica will play host to Vegan Oktoberfest, featuring German food, live music, and, of course, beer from dozens of microbreweries. Held on October 4, guests can nosh on everything from potato pancakes, beer brats, and soft pretzels to potato salad and mac ‘n’ cheese—plus ample gluten-free beer options. Traditional German music as well as popular LA-based cover band, Knyght Ryder, will keep the crowd entertained for the afternoon event. Tickets went on sale August 6 (a portion of proceeds will benefit Expand Animal Rights Now), and include VIP and alcohol-free options.
