Tofu Truck Stolen in Portland, OR

The vehicle was eventually found, but the tofu is still on the loose.

According to the Oregonian, a refrigerated truck filled with tofu and fresh juice was stolen last week from a Southeast Portland Safeway supermarket when its driver went into the store briefly. The truck—owned by Seattle-based R&K Foods—was recovered later that day but the soybean swindlers managed to get away with its contents. According to an eye-witness report, a man and woman were seen leaving the truck, but there’s no sign of the missing tofu.
