Third By Chloe Restaurant Planned for 2016 Opening

The team behind by CHLOE, the ultra-popular vegan fast-casual restaurant in New York City’s Greenwich Village, announced plans to open a second location only a few months ago. However, thanks to the phenomenal wave of success chef Chloe Coscarelli has been riding thus far in 2015, the 28-year-old chef revealed via a post on Instagram that yet another location is in the works. Coscarelli’s third iteration of her hit eatery is slated for a summer 2016 opening in SoHo, which will follow the planned February opening of the second location in New York’s Flatiron District. The casual, fun menu chock full of familiar flavors—boasting dishes like agave-lime-dressed Quinoa Taco Salad and sweet potato-cashew mac ‘n’ cheese with shiitake bacon—has proven to be a crossover hit with the scores of vegan and non-vegan diners the restaurant serves daily, and will only help to further push accessible vegan food to the masses.
