It’s very rare that we have cravings for non-vegan treats. Nowadays, just about any indulgence out there has a plant-based counterpart. But when we lay our eyes upon Hippeas—the crunchy, puffed-up nibbles made from chickpea flour—we had flashbacks to those junky childhood cheesy puffs that left our fingers neon orange.
