Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss recently announced two new flavors to its line of coconut milk-based ice creams—Chocolate Chip Cookie and Cinnamon Chocolate Fusion. Six-ingredient organic Chocolate Chip Cookie is made from coconut milk, agave syrup, hemp seed cookies, dark chocolate flakes, coconut cream, and vanilla, and described as “a flavor for the ages made new again with organic ingredients and Fair Trade dark chocolate.” Cinnamon Chocolate Fusion will see its base boosted with sustainably-harvested Indonesian Cinnamon Burmanii, “offering complexity and depth of flavor [that] will delight refined and adventurous palates alike.” The 2015 VegNews Veggie Award-winning makers of organic, non-GMO, gluten-free coconut milk ice creams will debut its new confections across the United States beginning in spring 2016.
