Coscarelli’s Fourth by CHLOE Restaurant to Open in Los Angeles

Following the announcement of a third New York City opening in December, vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli is set to expand to the West Coast thanks to a partnership with Whole Foods Market. The 28-year-old chef’s popular fast-casual by CHLOE will reportedly be incarnated as a full dine-in restaurant inside of the new 365 by Whole Foods concept store opening this summer in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. This development comes ahead of the planned opening of the second by CHLOE. location in New York City’s Flatiron District, and just months after announcing plans for yet a third New York spot in the SoHo. Coscarelli and restaurant partner Esquared Hospitality have enjoyed rave reviews for the trendy restaurant, regularly wowing packed houses with plant-based salads, burgers, sandwiches, air-baked French fries, pasta dishes, brunch, cold-pressed juices, ice cream, baked goods, and grab-and-go options.
