Turkey-based vegan company Dogo has opened its first US location in a mall in Edison, NJ. The storefront features a wide range of shoes, handbags, backpacks, and clothing bearing creative, brightly colored prints such as donut patterns, watercolor scenes, and cityscapes. The designs are compiled by a network of artists who work in collaboration with the brand to fulfill its animal-rights mission. The company uses innovative fabrics such as synthetic leather and recycled thermoplastics and exports its products to 58 markets worldwide. Dogo’s expansion to the United States gives customers looking for cruelty-free fashion a new option and joins vegan mainstays such as MooShoes and Vaute Couture.
