Upscale vegan restaurant Gratitude opens its doors in Beverly Hills tomorrow. The restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor seating, a menu designed by executive chef Dreux Ellis, and a cocktail program curated by beverage director Jason Eisner. Menu items will include housemade cashew-based cheeses, kelp noodles, turmeric-infused cocktails, and dishes borrowed from sister eatery Café Gratitude. The Beverly Hills location will be the second iteration of the restaurant group’s upscale concept—which also operates the all-vegan Gracias Madre eateries—the flagship location of which opened in Newport Beach, CA last February. Gratitude is the latest addition to the growing vegan dining scene in Beverly Hills, which was bolstered last November by the opening of Matthew Kenney NM inside of luxury department store Neiman Marcus.
