Frozen yogurt chain Red Mango—with more than 300 locations in the United States and Mexico—added two new vegan flavors to its menu on July 1. Customers can now order two “Fro-No” flavors: Caramelized Pineapple and Blood Orange. The gluten-free flavors are fortified with probiotic GanedenBC30, made with only five ingredients—mainly water and fruit purée—and do not contain artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colors, or flavors. “Red Mango’s commitment to providing customers with the treats that are good for you has been a vital part our company culture since opening in 2007,” Red Mango’s President Craig Erlich said. “Fro-No is a unique non-dairy treat, offering an incredibly creamy, delicious, and refreshing option.” Red Mango is promoting Fro-No heavily across its digital platforms with the tagline, “No dairy. Yes delicious.” Last week, frozen treats chain sweetFrog added six non-dairy flavors of Dole Whip to the menus of its 340 locations.
