United Kingdom-based burger chain Oowee Diner will open all-vegan location Oowee Vegan in Bristol. The meat-centric establishment invested in the vegan outpost after gauging the success of its vegan options, which include vegan menu items such as a three-piece chicken meal, a vegan cheeseburger, and vegan shrimp fries. “We’ve got quite a big vegan following, and when this particular spot came up,” Oowee owner Verity Foss told the Bristol Post, “we thought we had to go for it.” The upcoming restaurant’s menu will feature a variety of vegan burgers, as well as other dishes. The chain currently offers a vegan menu through delivery service Deliveroo in London, and plans to serve similar items at Oowee Vegan, once it opens in September.
