This winter, all-vegan grocery store Lucky Mouth Grocery will open in Dallas, TX. Founded by vegan couple Adriana Martinez and David Miers, Lucky has operated since 2018 as a pick-up-only online store for vegan snacks. Products in the new brick-and-mortar store will be the same as what’s available on the website, such as Notcho Nocheez almonds spreads, Credo cashew queso, and V-Dog pet food, along with grab-and-go lunch options such as salads, sandwiches, and soups. “We’re testing a mock tuna salad using chickpeas, some sort of kale salad, and maybe a potato soup or miso soup,” Martinez told media outlet Eater Dallas. “We want to do our own recipes, but also work with local vegan chefs to come up with items, too.” Martinez and Miers hope to have the new store open by the end of the year.
