Vegan singer Billie Eilish has planned the ultimate vegan road trip with delivery service UberEats. Eilish collaborated with UberEats for a preview of her new album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and dished about her go-to vegan dishes at restaurants across the country—all available for delivery via UberEats. In Austin, the list highlighted ATX Food Co., where she enjoys the Goodness Gracious Wild Stir Fry, a bowl loaded with wild mushrooms, kale, and tri-color quinoa. Eilish’s go-to vegan spot in New York City is By Chloe, while her favorite plant-based eatery in Los Angeles is Café Gratitude. In Washington DC, Eilish recommends Indian Jones Vegan (which UberEats says is one of DC’s best Indian restaurants, vegan or otherwise). Miami’s eatery Love Life Cafe makes the cut and Thai food at Seattle’s Araya’s Place rounds out the list. When asked about her favorite way to relax, Eilish revealed that she has a knack for baking vegan cookies. “It’s a therapeutic thing for me to bake,” Eilish said. “Every time I’m stressed out, I make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.”
