Actress Jennifer Coolidge recently gave an interview to The New York Times while shopping at New York City vegan market Orchard Grocer, revealing that she’s trying to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. While in the city to promote her new film Like a Boss, the Los Angeles-based actress visited vegan supermarket and sandwich shop Orchard Grocer, where interviewer Alex Soloski got the first-hand experience of witnessing Coolidge’s first sampling of vegan goods like vegan pork rinds Snacklins, milk chocolate bar VEGO, and coconut whipped cream. One product she was already very familiar with? Beyond Burgers. “I’m obsessed with the Beyond Burgers. Obsessed. I mean, I cannot eat enough,” Coolidge said. “I feel like the Beyond Burger is orgasmic sometimes.” Because of the city’s lively vibe and endless vegan options, Coolidge is thinking about moving to NYC permanently.
