Renowned Los Angeles-based vegan restaurant Crossroads Kitchen is now offering meal kits of its most popular dishes for customers to make at home. Dishes available include French Onion Dip and kale chips, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Fettuccine Alfredo, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Lasagna, Chickpeas Marsala, Scallopini Parmesan, Meatballs in Marinara, and Tiramisu. Each item serves two people, takes less than 15 minutes to prepare, and the meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days. Los Angeles area customers can order the meal kits by calling the restaurant directly at least 24 hours in advance any day of the week, for pick up or delivery the next day.
