Musician Snoop Dog recently joined Beyond Meat’s Feed A Million+ campaign, which aims to donate more than one million vegan burgers over the course of 30 days to frontline workers  during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Beyond Meat has made a pledge to donate over one million Beyond Burgers to those in need during these challenging times and I’m proud to be a part of it,” Snoop shared on Instagram. As part of the effort, Snoop sent vegan burgers to Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital in Los Angeles. Other celebrity ambassadors have helped to distribute vegan burgers through Beyond Meat’s campaign, including comedian Kevin Hart (who sent burgers to the Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Southern California) and NBA star Kyrie Irving (who delivered 200,000 to Food Bank For New York City).

Prior to the pandemic, Snoop was an avid supporter of Beyond Meat and promoted the nationwide launch of the Beyond Sausage Breakfast Sandwich at Dunkin’ in February by jumping behind the counter to serve the sandwich—ordered vegan by omitting cheese and egg—to surprised customers.
