New York-based ice cream brand Tipsy Scoop recently created its first-ever vegan ice cream. The brand, which is known for its alcohol-infused flavors, partnered with Blue Chair Bay Rum—an alcohol brand owned by country music star Kenny Chesney—to release a limited-edition vegan piña colada ice cream that contains five percent alcohol. The new flavor is made with coconut milk, fresh coconut, pineapple, and Blue Chair Bay’s coconut rum and can be consumed as is or blended into a boozy summer drink. Tipsy Scoop ships nationwide but customers must be 21 or older to place an order.
