Mexican ice cream brand La Michoacana recently launched its first line of dairy-free, vegan paletas. The new ice cream pops are available in three flavors: Coconut & Strawberries ‘N Cream, Piña Colada, and Horchata with Strawberries. The bars are made with a base of coconut cream, coconut, and sugar, and include real fruit chunks.
“We want consumers to enjoy an authentic paleteria experience, so we have crafted products keeping dietary needs top of mind,” La Michoacana Marketing Manager Martha Gonzalez said.
A popular brand among Mexicans and Latinos, La Michoacana offers frozen products such as bolis, cups, and paletas that provide nostalgia of the traditional paleteria experience. La Michoacana products can be found in retailers across the country, including Costco, Albertsons, Circle K, Kroger, Safeway, Save Mart, and Walmart.
