Snack brand KIND recently launched vegan ice cream pints at select retailers, including CVS, with a wider rollout planned for this summer. The new pints come in seven flavors: Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt, Cherry Cashew, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, Coffee Hazelnut, Caramel Almond Sea Salt, Pistachio, and Strawberry. The new pints are an extension of KIND’s Frozen line, which it launched last year with two vegan ice cream bar flavors (Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter) made with a base of almond milk and nut butter. While the brand’s popular snack bars contain honey, and sometimes dairy, all products in its Frozen line are fully vegan and the first ingredient is nuts.

Outside of the ice cream options, KIND also recently expanded its Frozen line to include vegan smoothie bowls, which expands the brand into the breakfast category. “Since day one, KIND has been committed to upholding our brand promise—to create innovative, premium foods that are both healthy and tasty,” Daniel Lubetzky, KIND Founder and Executive Chairman, said. “While this category is new for us, it’s consistent with how we’ve always entered new aisles—with an eye to elevate people’s overall experience, while adhering to our KIND Promise.”

KIND’s frozen smoothie bowls are also available at retailers nationwide in four flavors: Almond + Mango Pineapple Passion Fruit, Almond + Triple Berry Açaí, Almond + Chocolate Banana, and Almond + Peach Kiwi Greens. “While we’re best-known for nutrition bars most often consumed on-the go, we’re continuing to prioritize innovation that cuts across categories and day-parts,” Lubetzky said.
