First Vegan Grilled Cheese Invitational This Sunday

On Sunday, Sage Vegan Bistro and Eat Drink Vegan (formerly known as the Vegan Beer & Food Festival) will host the 1st Annual Vegan Grilled Cheese Invitational in Culver City, CA. Eight of Los Angeles’ top chefs (which include Sage’s Mollie Engelhart, The Spork Sisters’ Heather Bell and Jenny Engel, and Gangster Vegan’s Vinny Blanco) will use plant-based cheese donated by Follow Your Heart for a contest voted on by attendees. Tickets are $15 and come with samples of all the sandwiches, beer, and kombucha, and beer and appetizer specials at Sage. All proceeds will be donated to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
