Lea Michele at Super Bowl

Vegan, actress, and activist Lea Michele will sing at this Sunday’s Super Bowl game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The 24-year old star of Glee will sing “America the Beautiful” as part of the pre-game festivities. The game will also feature Christina Aguilera, who will sing the national anthem, and the Black Eyed Peas, who will perform at halftime. A native New Yorker, Michele recently teamed up with PETA to campaign against horse-drawn carriages and often credits her vegan diet with her health and energy.
