People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals’ youth division has rated the veg-friendliness of every private and public four-year college in the country using surveys they sent out to thousands of schools. The results of the survey, which are posted on peta2’s website, give each school a letter grade and a student satisfaction rating. The site also lists the institutions’ vegan-friendly qualities such as having non-dairy milk, Meatless Monday programs, and labeled vegan entrées. Schools such as the University of California San Diego and the Univeristy of North Texas aced the reviews while Liberty University in Virginia and Texas Tech received failing scores.
