Aunt Barbara’s Favorite Vegan Eggnog

This is not your average eggnog. Enjoy this yummy beverage at your next Christmas party.

What you need:

  • 2 10-ounce packages extra-firm silken tofu
  • 2 cups soymilk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cup rum or brandy
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 cup ice
  • Nutmeg (for garnish)

What you do:

Blend all ingredients together and chill. Dust with nutmeg before serving.
