Avocado & Mango Salad

What you need:

  • 2 mangos, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 avocados, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 serrano peppers, minced

What you do:

Combine all ingredients and gently toss. Serve immediately.
