Dandies Vegan Marshmallows
From campfires to casseroles, the marshmallow makes its triumphant return to the throne of culinary kitsch.

Honestly, we didnt realize how much we missed traditional-style marshmallows. After a few Dandies though, the floodgates opened and memories of marshmallow past came rushing back. These fluffy, sweet, air-puffed pillows instantly impressed our taste buds with their spot-on flavor and undeniable marshmallow texture. Everything once stripped of its disappointing gelatin-counterpart now beckons to be Dandie-fied: sweet potato casserole, hot cocoa, crisped-rice treats, ambrosia salad, and quite possibly the most important—smores. Even straight-up roasting over an open flame hits the mark. Pop a few right from the bag or recreate your favorite mallow-infused dish. Basically, the take-home message with Dandies is that any way you want them, thats the way you need them.
And guess what? We have two huge bags of Dandies to give away to one very lucky VegNews reader! Simply tell us your favorite way to eat marshmallows, and we’ll randomly draw one winner. Good luck!
