Hey Pesto
Perfect as a sandwich spread or pasta sauce, this pesto is sure to please.

What you need:
- 1 bunch basil, washed with stems removed
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
What you do:
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Add more water as needed to make a paste.
- Use leftover pesto as a sauce for cooked pasta.
