Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart

Sure, sure, love is in the air, etc. Next week, hearts, flowers, and cherubic archers will be all over town, and to them we say, welcome! Why the open arms? As with most holidays, Valentine’s Day offers us the excuse to eat chocolate in amounts that would otherwise be labeled criminal. This year, our hearts (and wallets) belong to No Whey! Chocolates, because this brilliant company has created a massive, incredibly delicious peanut butter cup that happens to bear a festive chocolate heart on top. The combination of silky smooth peanut butter and perfectly rich chocolate is one of the all-time great love stories, one in which we couldn’t be more happy to take part. Err, make that to take the whole danged thing.
