Vegan Burger Bar Debuts at Whole Foods in Boulder, CO

A Boulder, CO Whole Foods Market has opened a Vegan Burger Bar featuring single and double Beyond Burger patties on a sesame seed bun with melted Field Roast cheese. Boulderites can also enjoy vegan Gardein sandwiches such as the Fishless Filet with housemade tartar sauce or the Southern Chick’n Sandwich slathered in Ninja Squirrel Sriracha Ranch Sauce. In addition to vanilla coconut milk milkshakes, the location also started serving an all-day vegan breakfast menu that includes lemon pancakes, a breakfast burrito, and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The Boulder Whole Foods is the same store that sold out of Beyond Meat’s Beyond Burger in less than an hour.
