Shop Debuts Huge “Chris Hemsworthy” Vegan Doughnut

Starting today—International Doughnut Day—United Kingdom’s Doughnut Time chain is offering a vegan Mega Doughnut that measures more than seven inches in diameter for £17 ($22.60). Inspired by actor Chris Hemsworth, the “Chris Hemsworthy” is a red velvet doughnut topped with cookies-and-cream frosting, cookie pieces, and chocolate drizzle, and is intended to feed up to four people. “To launch London’s first Mega Doughnut has been a dough dream come true,” Doughnut Time UK managing director Tom Anderson told Pretty52. “We can’t wait for our fans to step up their sweet treat game and tuck into this mighty feast with friends this Doughnut Day.” Doughnut Time’s regular menu includes vegan doughnuts such as the raspberry jam-filled Pump Up the Jam, and the coffee-and-caramel Houston, We Have Biscoff. Earlier this year, Doughnut Time launched a limited-edition vegan doughnut and “freakshake” made with Baileys Almande Almondmilk Liqueur.
