Vegan Grasshopper

It can be tough to find a veganized version of this peppermint-flavored cocktail, but this one is extraordinary.

What you need:

1½ ounce crème de menthe
1½ ounce crème de cacao
1½ ounce minted coconut milk
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
 

What you do:


In a shaker, mix ingredients with a scoop of ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
