Vegan Whiskey River

Bourbon adds a little kick to this Champagne cocktail. If you don’t fill gently, this edgy elixir will bubble right out of your glass!

Serves 1

What You Need:
1 ounce bourbon
1/2 ounce pineapple syrup
6 ounce sparkling wine
What You Do:
In a Champagne flute, mix bourbon and pineapple syrup, top with sparkling wine to fill. Serve.
