Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
For an extra-Italian feel, replace your usual tomato-based sauce with this elegant combination.

What you need:
- 1 large bunch fresh basil
- 1-1/2 cups toasted walnuts
- 10 marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons white miso
- Sea salt
What you do:
In a food processor, mix all ingredients until well blended. You may also pulse the ingredients for a thicker consistency.
