Makes 1 cup
What you need:
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons light-brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Asian chili paste
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste to adjust seasoning, adding a bit more water or soy sauce for a thinner sauce. Use at once, or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
