Mango Ginger Sauce
From the raw food cookbook Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies, sweet mango gets zestier by adding a kick of ginger.

Serves 8
What you need:
- 8 honey dates, pitted
- 1-1/3 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 magnoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
What you do:
- In a blender, add dates, ginger, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth. Add mixture to diced mango and toss gently. Garnish with shredded coconut and serve immediately. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
