The team behind a soon-to-launch website wants people to go vegan for 31 days, and is providing all the tools to help make that happen. Veganuary, the brainchild of co-founders Matthew Glover and Jane Land, will feature recipes, meal plans, dining-out guides, a new product directory, and resources in an effort to encourage visitors from around the world to go vegan for the month of January. The British pair ran a similar campaign this past January with several thousand participants, but is re-launching this Fall with the hopes of reaching 100,000 people in 2015. Content will focus on the health, environmental, and ethical benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.
