Vegan chef and cookbook author Tal Ronnen will host an exclusive tasting event in Las Vegas to celebrate his new cookbook, Crossroads, on December 1. The gathering takes place at the Wynn Hotel, and restaurant chefs from both the Wynn and Encore will be creating gourmet vegan dishes in collaboration with Ronnen. On the menu will be a warm kale and artichoke dip, acorn squash ravioli with black butter-garlic sauce, baby beet salad with candied walnuts, shiitake tempura, kabocha squash soup, and myriad other dishes. The event is open to the public and includes a signed copy of Crossroads. Ronnen has been collaborating with the Wynn and its chefs since the hotel first introduced vegan menus at its restaurants.
