New Location of by Chloe to Open in SoHo

Fast-growing vegan restaurant by CHLOE’s signage—with black and white graphics of plant-based foods and a door sign that reads “100% Vegan. Kosher Certified. Plant-Based”—has been attached to the storefront of 240 Lafayette Street in the SoHo neighborhood of New York. Chef/owner Chloe Coscarelli opened her flagship restaurant on Bleeker Street in the West Village in July to raving reviews and quickly announced plans for expanding to three locations—namely SoHo and the Flatiron District—by mid-2016. By CHLOE’s new location will be replacing defunct yogurt shop 16 Handles and will serve the flagship restaurant’s highly acclaimed fast-casual vegan fare—such as burgers, pressed juices, and kale ice cream. Since by CHLOE’s summer opening, 28-year-old Coscarelli has been firmly in the media spotlight with widespread attention by the publications such as Forbes, The New York Times, Eater, Gothamist, Zagat, and more!
