Best-selling Cookbook Author to Open Vegan Restaurant

This summer, a new vegan eatery is coming to New York City. Best-selling author Chloe Coscarelli is opening by CHLOE in Greenwich Village, a fast-casual eatery which will feature everything from black bean burgers and pastas to cold-pressed juices and ice cream. According to the chef-trained 27-year-old, “Vegan cuisine has been at the forefront of food culture in recent years and there are a ton of amazing vegan establishments that exist, lots of great fine dining restaurants. I felt a need for having really delicious, high-quality food that is easier to access.” Coscarelli’s cookbooks include Chloe’s Vegan Kitchen, Chloe’s Vegan Desserts, and Chloe’s Vegan Italian Kitchen.
