Popular Frozen Yogurt Chain Debuts Vegan Option

Following the lead of TCBY and 16 Handles, Pinkberry has debuted a line of vegan frozen yogurt at its 250 stores around the country. Made with just fruit and juice—and no added sugar—the company is launching with Tropical Mango, which will be followed by a rotation of more than two dozen other vegan blends. According to Pinkberry’s Senior Vice President Laura Jakobson, “The voice from the consumers to provide a dairy-free product was getting louder, so we decided to act quickly and stay ahead of the curve to respond to this emerging trend.”
