by CHLOE, New York City’s acclaimed new vegan restaurant that has taken the city by storm, is expanding with a second location slated for spring 2016. Headed by chef Chloe Coscarelli, the original restaurant offers plant-based salads, burgers, sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, ice cream, freshly-baked sweets, and a variety of grab-and-go options. The second 39-seat by CHLOE will be located near the historic Flatiron Building and will feature the same Dekar Design as the original Greenwich Village spot. “Opening our flagship location this past summer was a dream realized, and I’m excited to continue growing the by CHLOE brand with the expansion of our second location,” Coscarelli said. “I am thankful that the response from our West village customers, and fans nationwide, has been overwhelming; it’s the best kind of motivation.” Coscarelli is the author of three cookbooks, including Chloe’s Kitchen and Chloe’s Vegan Desserts, and is the first vegan chef to win “Cupcake Wars” on the Food Network.
