Daiya may very well have perfected the vegan cheesecake. Let’s just say we’ve fallen head over heels for its line of creamy, tapioca-based cheese nestled in a crumbly graham cracker crust. We topped the Original with a handful of fresh berries, and dragged our forks through the luscious, sweet and tangy dessert until nothing but crumbs remained. Daiya’s line includes a pleasant Tart Lime Cheesecake, a bright and fruity Strawberry Cheesecake, and a Chocolate Cheesecake with a chocolate crumble crust. Warning: bringing any one of these cakes to a dinner party may outshine the entrée.
